Igreja de Santiago

Igreja de Santiago
Formed by a very wide single nave, it combines the sobriety of stonework with elaborate woodwork, paintings and tiles, following the fashion of the 16th century.

Between the arches of the side chapels and then on overlaid boards, panels of blue and white tiles from the 18th century portray the story of St James and of the Virgin, as well as images of the apostles, evangelists and saints.
