Besides the beautiful Manueline portal, the church exhibits a vault with many ribs, curious retables frm the 16th century at the side altars and the opulent Dispatch Room.

Among the treasures it lodges, there is an 18th-century organ by the Italian master Pascoal Caetano Olduvini and a beautiful Pietà, from the 15th century, polychromatic marble.
