Museu Municipal de Arqueologia
Relatively recent, it was installed in two rooms of the former mayor´s house of the castle, whose origins date from the 16th century.

At the first room it is possible to see artefacts which ilustrate the history of the first occupations of the region, in the Paleolithic, Neolithic and Iron Age periods.

The second room is essentially dedicated to the Roman period, displaying several artefacts found in the region associated to the fishing industry and the commercial aspects of the age.

Still at this room, later periods are represented by collections of objects dating from the 14th to the 17th centuries.
