Alcantarilha
Alcantarilha, about 6 km from Algoz, has a Mother Church built in the 16th century, but with later elements.

Attached to it, there is the interesting Capela dos Ossos (Chapel of the Bones), whose inside walls are covered with 1500 skulls.

Notice, also, Igreja da Misericórdia (18th century), and the Castle, currently in ruins.
