The original house is very luxurious, still retaining the feeling of a private house, with fine paintings and beautiful antique furniture; most rooms are in new annexes.Located in an elevated position with spectacular views over Funchal bay, it has two hectares (six acres) of old mature gardens where peace and tranquility reign.
